Kevin Broin grew up in a farming community in Minnesota. He was involved in high school football and track athletic programs, In 1981, he moved to Mendocino County where he met his wife of 23-years, Lori Myers-Broin. Lori has worked for the Mendocino County Department of Social Services for over 20-years. Kevin and Lori have a 21-year old son who graduated from Ukiah High School and Mendocino College and is now attending Chico State and a 16-year old son who is a junior at Ukiah High School. Both of Kevin and Lori's sons are actively involved in athletic programs, community/youth programs, and helping with the campaign.
For over 15 years Kevin has been a role-model through coaching sports programs in our community. He has developed youth through his skills in coaching baseball, football, and basketball.
