  • BCHD does not promote community engagement - this is a consequence of tax subsidy and government rather than business accountability.
  • Taxes to our community to subsidize BCHD should be reversed at the state level. The money should stay in the hands of the individuals who earn it.
  • Review Salaries, Endorsements and Grants and engage citizen and private business scrutiny.
