A Majority Affirmative Vote Is Necessary For Passage. Shall A Levy Be Imposed By The St. Bernard-Elmwood Place City School District, County Of Hamilton, Ohio, For The Purpose Of Emergency Requirements, In The Sum Of $1,105,332 Per Year, And A Levy Of Taxes To Be Made Outside Of The Ten-Mill Limitation Estimated By The County Auditor To Average Six And Seventy-Eight Hundredths (6.78) Mills For Each One Dollar Of Valuation, Which Amounts To Sixty-Seven And Eight-Tenths Cents ($0.678) For Each One Hundred Dollars Of Valuation, For Five (5) Years, Commencing In 2006, First Due In Calendar Year 2007?
