My wife and I are the proud parents of a seven and one-half year old girl who is in second grade this year in the Upland Unified School District (U.U.S.D.). I have lived in Upland for over 35 years. I have been a student, teacher and now a parent within the U.U.S.D. I am an active member in PTA, Assistance League-PALS and as a church deacon. My M.S.W. degree has an emphasis in Children, Youth and Family. I have worked and volunteered in the public/private field of education and social work for over 26 years. I will bring a positive commitment to improving the quality of education for all students in our district.
