Political Philosophy for John Altin "Altin" Ginn

I'm very concerned about the Idea of a Mello-Roos tax on in coming housing tracks in our area. Currently home prices on the Eastside are on the rise, so to add a tax on to that in the form of Mello- Roos would increase that more yet. I believe by proper budgeting and use of the funds already given, we can come up with ways to fund the building of our facilites and maintaing our schools without increasing taxes on local new home owners. The safty of our childern to and from school as well as during school is paromount.I would like to work towards an alternative site to educate the disruptive students, as well as a safe walk program for or childern to and from school. The childern is the future and we need to educate and protect them to secure our future as well as there's. That is why I am looking forward to a chance to be on the Eastside School Board for our childerns future and accountability to the tax payers of the community. |
