Candidate for
Member, City Council; City of Rohnert Park

My name is Matt Rogina. I have lived in Rohnert Park my entire life. I have gone to school in Rohnert Park. From John Reed Elementary to Rohnert Park Junior High (now Mountain Shadows Middle School) to Rancho Cotate High School.

In school, I held elected office and took part in numerous school clubs.

I am now a career environmentalist. I have worked on passage of Senate Bill 1334 to protect California's native oak woodlands from rampant development.

I plan to use my knowledge as an environmentalist and apply it to Rohnert Park. I plan to decrease traffic congestion and protect our waterways.

I plan to bring solar power to be used in all city-owned buildings.
