  • Insure Port San Luis remains a fully functional, viable, working harbor
  • Secure long-term, independent, dependable revenue soruces to make PSL less reliant on State tax revenues
  • Continue the excellent existing record of PSL in maintaining a high standard for environmental quality in and around the Port
