My Priorities:

1. Continuing to increase student achievement

- continue support and focus on those curriculum programs that have shown themselves to help Alum Rock students

2. Increasing parental involvement

-increase support of the popular parent training programs, so more of our schools may enjoy the benefits of increased parent involvement.

3. Allocation of resources

-support the superintendent in allocating our limited resources to those areas that produce measurable results.

4. Professionalism and training, board level

-support board training, so the board can continue to improve as an effective team, working with the superintendent
