The City of San Jacinto is one of the most promising communities of Inland Southern California. I am proud to be able to serve on the City Council for the City of San Jacinto for the past five years, as well as two terms on the Planning Commission prior to my council service. This November 2, 2004, the City of San Jacinto is holding a general election which I am pleased to seek re-election to the City Council.

As a resident for more than 13 years, I have been an active member of the community and currently serve as Vice-Mayor for the City of San Jacinto. Through my community service, I have demonstrated leadership and dedication to the community of San Jacinto, and the greater region of Inland Southern California. Through my Council duties, I serve as a representative for San Jacinto at various levels. Presently I am a board member of Riverside County Transportation Commission, member of the Valley Economic Development Corporation, and serve on the Ground Water Management Group, General Plan, Levee, and Pre-Development sub-committees of the Council.

With my extensive public administration and development background and experience, the City of San Jacinto has made substantial progress over the past five years. I wish to continue the progress and advancement of key community issues, including but not limited to:

  • transportation and infrastructure
  • deployment of community and public safety services
  • preservation and protection of water resources
  • balance land use development & integrated communities
  • recreation, trail and open space development
  • recognition and preservation of community assets, and
  • expansion of commercial services and employment opportunities for the overall benefit of San Jacinto and the greater Valley.

As a City we have applied for and successfully leveraged Federal, State and regional funding to address long-standing infrastructure development and community services needs. This progress should only be our beginning. As I promised in 1999, I brought a vision, professionalism and dedication in hopes of bringing unity to and gaining progress for the City of San Jacinto. Together, with your support, let's continue progressive leadership for San Jacinto!
