Without an increase in reveneu, this city will be unable to pay our employees a fair wage or provide community services requested by our citizens. The city of Yorba has twice the income of Placentia and Brea has a budget that is triple ours - and they have a smaller population. Placentia must attract businesses, particularly to our revitalized Old Town and continue to re-zone and re-dedicate area to better uses. The expenses of the city will continue to outpace our income if we are not successful in this goal. |
