The Beall family has lived in Rancho Santa Margarita for 15 years. Tony has been married to his wife Jennifer for 16 years. They have four children: Andrew, Amanda, Anthony and Alex.

Professional Experience:

Tony is a licensed attorney and has been practicing law in California for the past seventeen years. As a real estate transactional attorney, he has developed an in depth knowledge and special expertise in legal matters relating to public and private financing, as well as the real estate development and land-use planning process. During the first thirteen years of his professional career Tony practiced law in two of the largest and most sophisticated private law firms in the State of California. He now serves as Chief Counsel and manages the Legal Department for Berkshire Mortgage Finance -- Fannie Mae's number one provider of multifamily financing throughout the United States.
