We need to address the needs of our libraryOur library was built 50 years ago. It was built to serve a community of under 15,000 people. The current structure is insufficient to accomodate the needs of our community. With the passage of the Library Bond Act of 2000 the State of California has the ability to grant up to 65% of the cost of a new, or remodled structure. We must position ourselves to recieve this bond money if we are to address the needs of our library. |
