1. How would you implement your top priority?
|
Answer from Wayne E. Coates:
I have introduce legislation that would permit the use of chemical treatment for habitual sex offenders and would require the use of chemical treatment for sexually violent predators. The legislation would not serve as an alternative to a jail sentence for the sex offense, but as a form of treatment once the sentence has been fulfilled.
Answer from Jim Raussen:
Reducing the tax burden on families and small businesses, promote the development and revitalization of business districts. Rehabilitate old industrial sites, unoccupied buildings, and other nonproductive assests in our cities, townships and villages. Establish tax incentives for high-tech job creation.
