On May 20, 2002 the Council of the Village of North Bend adopted Resolution 2002-3, "Resolution Accepting Boswell Tract Property from Hamilton County Park District for One Dollar" WHEREAS, the Hamilton County Park District has offered to transfer/sell for one dollar, the Boswell Tract Property (Attachment 1), currently owned by the Park District and located in the Village of North Bend, and WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of North Bend, Ohio, is willing and able to accept/purchase for one dollar the Boswell Tract Property for the sole purpose of conservation uses or for park and recreation purposes, and WHEREAS, the Probate Court of Hamilton County has authorized transfer of the Boswell Tract Property to the Village of North Bend in accordance with Ohio Revised Code section 1545.12, and WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of North Bend, Ohio, is willing and able to enter into an interim lease of the property until the transfer of real estate is complete; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of North Bend, Ohio, 3 members elected thereto concurring, 3 members dissenting and the Mayor casting the tie breaking vote concurring: The Village of North Bend shall accept/purchase for one dollar the Boswell Tract Property from the Hamilton County Park District, and enter into an interim lease of the property until the transfer of real estate is complete. SHALL ORDINANCE 2002-3 PROPOSING THE PURCHASE OF THE BOSWELL TRACT PROPERTY FOR ONE DOLLAR FROM THE HAMILTON COUNTY PARK DISTRICT BE APPROVED? Yes No
