1. Do you favor additional housing for low and very low income residents, and, if yes, what specific steps would you take to expedite and fund such housing?

Answer from Anne Wagley:
Yes, I am concerned about preserving the diversity in Berkeley, and will support housing for low and very low income residents. I am an endorser of Measure M, to fund, preserve and protect affordable housing. I would support a review of all of our affordable housing mechanisms and funds to make sure that we are using what is avaibale to us in the most efficient and responsible way. I will look at options for home ownership for low and very low income families through community land trusts.
