Former state political appointee under three California governors including one Democratic governor.

Former and youngest Republican to co-chair the first state-wide youth conference under Governor Reagan's administration.

Former and youngest and first Hispanic Republican to co-chair a dual state candidates for Treasurer and Controller which achieved landslide victories in San Francisco and never duplicated since then.

Nation's first and only Hispanic American to serve as a diplomatic/public affairs liaison for South Vitnamese Embassies in U.S.

Former Board member of Community Streetwork Center, a re-education program for first misdemeanor offenders by Black and Hispanic youth.

Former member of San Francisco Junior League, a philanthropic women's group.

Former two term president of San Mateo County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Former Recipient of U.S. Small Business Administration Outstanding Business Award.

First Hispanic American woman vice president of marketing for a major mainstream San Francisco newspaper and printing company publishing five trade/business journals.

First West Coast Hispanic woman publisher/owner of both mainstream and spanish language journals: TRANSPORT 2000; TIEMPO LATINO, UNION SQUARE BULLETIN.

Only Hispanic woman serving on San Francisco Republican Central Committee.

First Hispanic Amer. Republican woman in S.F. to seek office of State Assembly.

Marketing advisor and Board member of S.F.'s first Faith Based Coalition of San Francisco Bay Area with over 100 multi-denominational religious ministers including Black leaders.
