My lovely wife Char and I have been residents of Monterey for 18 years. We have two grown children and two grand children. I am a realtor with Windermere Preferred Properties in Carmel, CA., radio talk show co-host on KSCO,1080 AM Santa Cruz on Sat. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, played college football, ran track and was on the fastest mile relay team in junior college in the nation. I graduated from the College of Architecture at the University of Arizona, and I was invited to attend graduate business school because of my academic excellence. I also attended a small Catholic college,La Salle,in Mexico City, where I became fluent in Spanish. There,I recieved the highest design honor awarded to a student. I started the first inner city Montesori Day School in downtown Houston, Tx. in 1981. Established Carter Art Galleries in Scottsdale Arizona in 1989. I am a 4.5 (A) level tennis player and enjoy golf. I have been very politically active in my community, and I ran for the 27th Assembly in 1998 and 2000. I am looking forward to representing you and your family in the 27th Assembly in 2002. |
