  • Occupation: Attorney
  • Primary litigation attorney for 24 years, for felony and misdemeanor jury trials as well as numerous civil jury trials.
  • Probate, Juvenile, and Family Law court cases. Judge pro-tem numerous times and arbitrator on numerous matters
  • Active in county since 1979. Member County Bar Association/Family Law Section, Senior Citizens Advisory, Pioneer Days Committee Board of Directors
  • Volunteer for Hospice, former board member Central Coast Natural History Association, Camp Fire, Rotary, United Way, Paso Robles Chamber
  • Before & during law school, work included stock person, fast food, aircraft assembly, gas co. & air conditioning repair, union member for over 20 yrs
  • Family: wife employed in a 13 state communications company, two grown children, three grandchildren
