Bob's Vision:

• Provide increased access and information to the people of Fresno County.
• Provide an atmosphere that affirms and encourages excellence, service, and vision in Assessor's and Recorder's Office employees.
• Work toward developing a comprehensive computerized Property Tax System encompassing the Recorder's Office, Assessor's Office, Tax Collector's Office, and Auditor's Office of Fresno County.
• Streamline reporting procedures and requirements for local businesses.
• Develop systems for online data distribution and collection.
• Refine and expand existing training programs and institute cross training between divisions in order to enhance service to Fresno County.
• Work closely with other county department heads and elected officials to solve interdepartmental and countywide problems jointly.
• Support legislation to retain a greater percentage of property tax revenues in Fresno County to benefit Fresno County residents.
• Work to increase the homeowners exemption for residential property owners.
