1. How would you implement your top priority?

In the aftermath of the April riots, I see an increasing number of defendants who come before the Court expecting to be treated unfairly. Judges must, in cooperation with Cincinnati CAN, city and county officials develop volunteer outreach programs and modify court procedures to maintain and enhance confidence in the Court?s integrity and fairness.
