1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Steve Thornbury:
The current stalemate in Norwood is, in large part, caused by a lack of communication between council and the administration. I would work to implement a series of meetings on neutral ground to encourage conversation between opposing parties. I would work to implement rules that compel both parties to communicate on a regular basis so that all are aware of information regarding scheduled meetings, special meetings and public forums.
