In 1989 Teachers Went on Strike for Ten Days to Achieve Local School Governance Only to See Administration Take Away those Rights Twelve Years Later
By a "divide and conquer" plan by LAUSD administration to separate parents, teachers, and community from articulation, local administrations create their own rules and regulations.
