Candidate for
United States Representative; District 39

Keith D. Gann has been a Libertarian for over 20 years, was raised in North Orange County, and has lived in the 39th Congressional District in Cypress for eight years. Mr. Gann has a thorough understanding of, and an abiding belief in, the principles of the Libertarian Party. He is married with two adult sons. He graduated from California State University, Northridge with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and is currently a program manager for a high technology company in Orange County. Mr. Gann has held various leadership positions in electronics industry associations, including the generation and obtaining wide acceptance of technical standards for participating companies. His career has prepared him for public speaking on difficult issues. Mr. Gann has also demonstrated the ability to be a team player: He is a long-time member of the Huntington Beach Unicorn Rugby Club, the current Southern California Champion (http://www.unicornrugby.com).
