I would make hospitals increase their percentage for emergency healthcareHMO's are winning and depriving families from the healthcare that is so desperately needed. We have seen cutbacks in emergency health care and closures of clinics that serve the community. I WOULD MANDATE that for profit and non profit hospitals increase the percentage of their budget for emergency healthcare. I would create a commission to look into involving integrated healthcare to be be included in creating preventive healthcare clinics financed with combo of public and private financing. |
