Political Philosophy for Douglas B. Allen
Candidate for |

|
I have handled complex business litigation including, civil raqueteering, anti trust, trade secrets, UCC, real property, probate, and personal injury. I have not only tried criminal cases, but lobbied in Sacramento for tough on crime legislation. I have a philosophy of sticking up for victims, but not forgeting that one is innocent until proven guilty. I do not intend to overlook constitional rights either in the criminal or civil context. Just because a given outcome may be a popular position does not make it right. We need jusists who have not been public employees all of their life and who understand the complexities of civil law as well as criminal. I bring a record of standing on principle, wide experience in our local economy and community service. |
