at legal rates, levying $13 per $100,000 assessed
valuation, generating $5,400,000 annually while
bonds are outstanding, be adopted, requiring audits,
oversight?

Cemetery District levy a special parcel tax each
year in the amount of $35.00 per parcel (increased
each year by 2.5% to account for inflation) on
each parcel of taxable real property within the
District, beginning as of July 1, 2023?
