- To continue the existing protections provided by the current Urban Growth Boundary ("UGB"), such as preventing urban sprawl, and preserving agricultural land and open space, shall the City of Benicia extend the existing UGB until December 31,2043, clarify the uses permitted beyond the UGB, and require that future changes to the UGB be approved by the voters?

- To repair aging schools by replacing plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems; updating/adding classrooms for math, science, English, robotics/technology instruction; and improving safety and security, shall the Travis Unified School District measure authorizing $64 million dollars in bonds at legal rates be adopted, levying 6 cents per $100 dollars of assessed value ($4 million dollars annually) while bonds are outstanding, with independent citizen oversight, no funds for administrators, and all funds for local schools only?

Safe Streets and Essential Services Measure

(Majority Approval Required)
- To maintain critical city services, such as keeping public spaces healthy/safe/clean; maintaining fire protection/emergency medical response/crime prevention; addressing homelessness/blight/dumping; repairing deteriorating neighborhood streets/roads/sidewalks; and for general government use; shall the City of Vallejo adopt a measure establishing a 0.875% sales tax, providing $18,000,000 annually until ended by voters, requiring audits, independent citizen oversight, and all funds legally required to be spent locally?

- To improve the quality of education; provide science, technology, engineering, and mathematics labs/classrooms; construct, upgrade, and renovate class rooms, restrooms and school facilities; and repair/replace leaky roofs, shall Vacaville Unified School District's measure be adopted authorizing $229,500,000 of bonds at legal rates, generating on average $13,745,000 annually while bonds are outstanding at a rate of approximately 4.5¢ per $100 assessed value, with annual audits, independent oversight committees, NO money for teacher salaries, and all funds spent locally?

- Shall the City of Benicia enact a measure raising local funds under local control for general government purposes, including: repairing, paving and maintaining deteriorating streets; fixing potholes; improving safe routes to schools; protecting local creeks and the bay from toxins and pollution by fixing aging, deteriorating storm drains; by adopting a 3/4 cent sales tax, providing approximately $5,000,000 annually, with citizens' oversight and annual audits, until ended by voters?

- To improve the quality of education; make health, safety and handicapped accessibility improvements; repair or replace leaky roofs; and construct/modernize classrooms, restrooms and school facilities; shall Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District's measure be adopted authorizing $249,600,000 or bonds at legal rates, generating on average $17,700,000 annually while bonds are outstanding at a rate of approximately 4¢ per $100 assessed value, with annual audits, independent citizens' oversight committee, NO money for salaries and no money taken by the State?
