- Shall the Penn Valley Fire Protection District appropriation limit under Article XIIIB of the California Constitution be increased to allow expenditure of the dollars already collected for the purpose of providing fire protection and emergency medical services in the Penn Valley Fire Protection District for fiscal years 2023 through 2026? This measure would NOT increase taxes or impose a new tax. It would authorize expenditure of already approved taxes for FY 2023 through 2026.
