    Measure R Measure to Preserve Community Health Care -- Coalinga Regional Medical Center District (Majority Approval Required)
    Should Coalinga Regional Medical Center approve (1) a lease with option to sell the District's improved real property assets for the greater of $1,000,000.00 or fair market value; and (2) the sale of the District's non-real property assets, for fair market value, with no additional cost to taxpayers, to the for-profit, Coalinga Medical Center, LL ("Purchaser"), to regain access to our local general acute care hospital including the emergency room and skilled nursing facility?
