I've been a resident of San Mateo for 10 years, and have been dedicated to building, strengthening and enriching the community I'm extremely proud to call home. When I came to San Mateo I made the the decision to make it my permanent home. I find my community involvement incredibility enriching.

I am passionate about empowering student learning, building affordable housing for college staff and developing innovative partnerships.

I currently serve as Executive Vice President of Development for EBL&S Development LLC.

I am the leader of the EBL&S mixed-use, transit-oriented development practice. We have completed the approvals for of the Station Park Green Project ( A LEAD Gold Certified ND Development) in San Mateo, California. At completion Station Park Green will have 599 apartments and 35,000 SF of commercial space in a transit orientated village with approximately 2.5 acres of parks and open space.

As a the primary Real Estate Development Executive at EBL&S Companies I am charged with the responsibility of placing equity investments and creating new business opportunities. I also advise various clients on real estate development, finance, entitlements and development strategy.

I have led the planning, entitlement and in some cases the re-entitlement of several large scale projects, including military base reuse, mixed use development, green field development and urban infill redevelopment.

I have participated in several ULI Technical Assistance Panels including Santa Rosa, San Carlos, Brisbane, and acted as the Chair of the San Jose, Diridon Station TOD study.

Prior to joining EBL&S, I was President of United Advisors, a consulting firm specializing in corporate restructuring, management, strategic planning, corporate operations and financial structure.
