Four years on the Parks & Activities Commission and five years on the Planning Commission have given me an understanding of the inner workings of our city. I have a deep appreciation for our open land and the respect to protect it. I understand the need to protect neighborhood compatibility, while still upholding the right of homeowners to enhance their property. I will continue to follow the guidelines of our general plan, generated by us, the citizens of our city.

My family has a deep appreciation for our rural, equestrian community. We use our trails when riding, our parks when playing organized sports, our commercial district to shop and dine and our theater for recitals and performances. We have a deep respect for our planet and live a sustainable life. We have created a small farm on our property where we have over 50 fruit trees and a wide variety of vegetables. We have a rain barrel system to recycle water and remodeled our home utilizing only sustainable materials that would not harm our planet or deplete it of resources.

As Chief Operating Officer of a company well-planned and fiscally sound solutions are critical. My experience and business knowledge will help guide our city. I will continue to ensure that our city is managed in a competent and fiscally sound manner, while being responsive to the needs of our residents.
