William Kehaly is a successful entrepreneur, husband, father, teacher, and longtime resident of Westlake Village.

William has been one of the key innovators of the last 25 years. A self-taught computer programmer and analyst, he has consulted for NASA, sports teams, and major companies. His computer applications have been used by many Major League Baseball teams, two National Hockey League teams, USA Baseball, and USA Softball. One application for scouting was even mimicked in the book and movie "Moneyball".

From 2003 to 2007, William led a team to develop a self-driving car for a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) initiative. Since then he has worked with the U.S. and Swedish governments, providing visionary leadership on major technological projects.

William and his family have lived in Westlake Village for nearly 20 years. He is an active HOA member and served as a Manager of his children's little league teams.
