These are the top three goals to be accomplished at the completion of the first term of office, if elected.1. Ensuring that property around the green line is developed in a smart manner to include transit oriented developments, affordable housing, and is leveraged to help bring in new job creating businesses. 2. Clean up our city budget and finances. I plan to call for an independent audit of our city finances to get a clear picture of our financial situation. 3. Raise new revenues for the city. Our residents deserve the highest quality public services possible. To do that and keep our budget balanced I believe we need to find ways to raise new revenues. |
