I am running because Our Community is underserved, by Rio Hondo College!Taxpayers, are paying for a $245 million dollars bond that has not served our community. We got cheated. Rio Hondo College built multi-million dollar Centers in Whittier and El Monte and Pico Rivera got old bungalows. Your tax money is going to El Monte and Whittier. She will be your Voice on the board and will ensure that Pico Rivera receives what is payed in taxes. It's unacceptable that Pico Rivera didn't get its fair share! You're paying taxes and you didn't get your fair share "Taxation with representation". |
