The vision I see for the future of our school district includes social justice, equality in education, the Seal of Biliteracy program, and subjects that prepare our students for the 21st Century global economy. I begin the conversation of academic success with the pursuit of STEAM subjects such as; Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics, in addition to the use of a Digital Badging platform to help create career pathways for our district students. Digital badges are a validated indicator of accomplishment, skill, quality or interest that can be earned in various learning environments.

I am the kind of educational advocate and innovator that will be a bridge of collaboration between parents, students, educators and the community. I need your vote and to continue the fight for social justice and educational equity in the Inglewood Unified School District. I am humbled to have the full endorsement of Mayor James T. Butts and the entire City Council who have given me their vote of confidence. I am asking for your support and your vote in our Special Election on June 16th!
