Candidate for
Council Member; City of Healdsburg

Eric Ziedrich is a business owner, father, former Mayor of Healdsburg and active community member.

For the past 30 years, Eric has owned and operated Healdsburg Lumber Company in northern Healdsburg, growing the business from a single operation in the 1980's to HLC Incorporated today, with three operations in Healdsburg and one in Gualala, San Rafael and Napa.

Eric has served on numerous Board and Commissions in Healdsburg over the years, including the Healdsburg Planning Commission in the 1980's; Board Director and President of the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce; Board Director and President of the Healdsburg Unified School District (2 terms); two terms on the City Council (1996-2000 and 2006-2010) and was Healdsburg's Mayor in 2000 and 2009. Eric has also served on the Sonoma County Transportation Authority; Board of Directors for the Golden Gate Bridge and Transit Authority; and was one of the founding Board Members on the Healdsburg District Hospital Board.

Currently, Eric serves on the Oversight Board for the Redevelopment Agency and is a former member of Healdsburg's Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs.

Eric has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting and Law.

He and his wife, Janet, have three daughters who attended Healdsburg's public schools.
