Bring back our city services

By Steve Gregory

Candidate for Councilmember; City of Paso Robles

This information is provided by the candidate
Reopen Centennial pool for the summer months. Work on a line item to do additional repairs to our roads.
With the recent financial hardships that we have come through we have lost some of our city services. I would like to focus on returning these services to our citizens. Starting with reopening Centennial pool just for the summer months. I will work toward adding an additional line item to our budget to do additional repairs to our roads. We do have the supplemental road tax that we are starting to repair our streets but we need more. We should have a structured maintenance program to get our roads in condition as soon as possible.

In addition we should continue to bring back our public saftey officers to a little that keeps our citizens and our community safe. My focus will be in the area of the Drug Task Force and in the Gang Task force areas.

And finally we need to address the needs of our young people and provide more activities and facilities to take care of their needs and future potential. Provide opportunities and challenges to help our city and other youth.
