Having worked with what was once referred to as (EMR) Educable Mentally Retarded with success in teaching, I feel every child can learn every day (our district motto). I believe in teacher effectiveness. I feel our schools should and do provide a safe environment. Unless some magical formula for teacher evaluation is discovered, I am strongly in support of Teacher Tenure. I feel that bullying is a problem that needs attention. |
