Without the proper assests, we will be unbale to provide care for our citizens. The income from insurnace reimbursement is our source of revenue. We must work with the Financial Officer in budgeting to guarentee that the income balances with the expenses so we are always "in the black" every year.

This way we will have the money to buy the new equipment to keep pace with technology and make sure we provide good compettative wages for our staff. Healthcare is about personal service and with 40% of our expenses going to manpower we need to have the most talented healthcare workers if we are going to deliver on our promise to Vista, Carlsbad, and Oceanside. We will be here when you are sick or injured and provide you effective efficiant care so you may return to your lives.
