Reliable Service, District must provide safe, reliable and healthy drinking Water to our Customers
Fiscal responsibility - The district must spend wisely and not over charge the rate payers for someone's decision to spend more.
Open communication- The district exists to serve the people. Property owers and Rate payers should have a say in how the district is run
