Biography Peter G. Weber, Elsinore Valley Municipal Water Board Candidate Experience: Ready Pac Incorporated (1994-present): Manager for Manufacturing Operations in a company that produces fresh cut fruit packaged for easy and ready use. Supervise over 50 associates and have responsibility for budget, labor, quality and efficiency. Materials Research Corporation: Supervisor of Operations (1990-1993) for worldwide manufacturer of high purity materials used in computer chip making. United States Air Force: Aircraft Maintenance Officer, Rank of captain (1985-1990), responsible for management of all maintenance aspects of aircraft assigned, stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Councilmember, City of Lake Elsinore (2011-2014): As a Councilmember led the city in a new direction. Changes were made in city personnel that have led to better management and given the city vision for the future. Treasurer, City of Lake Elsinore (2003-2008): As Treasurer I developed a financial plan with the Finance Director that enabled the city to make maximum use of money available, decreased the workforce to an amount that was proper for the work required, and developed an Investment Policy for available funds to maximize our earnings while keeping our funds safe. Education Masters of Science Degree in Accounting (2010), I have an understanding of the accounting practices and financial statements used to monitor the water Board performance. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (1985): I have an understanding of the technical side of the water board facilities. Personal I have two sons, my oldest is 20 years old and attends Cal State Fullerton where he is studying to become a Physician's Assistant. My younger son attends Temescal Canyon High school and plans on attending college for computer science. My wife of 22 years is a Registered Nurse and works at Parkview Hospital.
