Dr. Keri A. Then is a core adjunct faculty member, School of Business, University of Redlands, Redlands, CA. She teaches graduate courses in the Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Information Technology, and Master of Arts in Management programs and undergraduate courses in the Bachelor of Science in Business and Bachelor of Arts in Management programs.

She is the former Director of Enterprise Services, Information Technology Services, University of Redlands, where she managed operational systems providing communications, media services, systems, networking, geospatial research, and residential network services. She is also a former Senior Development Engineer, University of California, Riverside, where she led major projects upgrading voice, data, and fiber optic cabling systems at the University. Keri is retired from the United States Air Force where her last assignment was Operating Location Chief at Pruem Air Station, Germany, where she led 40 military and two U.S. civilians in support of communications networks in northern Germany and Belgium, and across the English Channel.

Keri has completed a Doctor of Business Administration, Information Systems emphasis, Argosy University. Selections from her dissertation, entitled "Factors Related to the Adoption of Information Technology Emerging Technologies by Research and Non-research Based Universities" were published in the Research in Higher Education Journal, April 2013. She has completed a Master of Science in Telecommunications, University of Colorado-Boulder (2000) and a Master of Science in International Relations, Troy State University (1998). Her undergraduate degree in Social Science is from Chapman University (1995) and her community college degree is from the Community College of the Air Force (1988). Keri is a Master Telecommunications Engineer, certified by the International Association for Radio, Telecommunications, and Electromagnetics (expires January 2015).

Keri is a member of the board of directors for Community Connect, a non-profit organization, which provides seven different service programs for Riverside County residents. She was also a volunteer for the Moreno Valley Art Commission Art-o-ber Fest in 2013 and sponsored the grand opening of the Vanguard Community Art Gallery in 2014.

Keri has traveled through-out Europe and western Asia living in Turkey, Spain, Italy, and Germany while serving in the U.S. military. She and her husband, Robert, live in Moreno Valley, CA (since 1998) and they have two daughters, Christina and Elizabeth, also living in Moreno Valley.
