Viewed through the lens of mathematics, this study focuses on the segment of the educational pipeline from high school to community college, analyzing the effectiveness of different high school mathematics pathways in preparing students for college-level mathematics. In scrutinizing the actual experiences of a diverse group of students, I was looking to find reliable and well-traveled routes to college-readiness.
