Governing Board Member; El Dorado Union High School District

Four years ago, I asked for your vote to ensure quality education in our high schools. Since that time, the high school district has expanded learning opportunities to students. Advanced placement classes and career technical education are priorities. The district has remained fiscally strong, and weathered the economic downturn well. This fiscal responsibility has given the district the ability to offer educational opportunities for our future leaders.

This district is exceptional, because of its young people. I'm continually inspired by the dedication of students to do the right thing. Our young people have so much hope for their future and for this nation, and I am dedicated to ensuring this district provides the educational opportunities that meet those high expectations. Quality education is the best tool for a successful future. Over the next four years I'm dedicated to having a JROTC Program. I want to expand our comprehensive, online, and special educational opportunities, so students can achieve their goals and enjoy success. Also, parents have the right to send their students to the high school that is closest to their home. Advocating for community based boundary lines will ensure that this happens.
