Below I've described the Issues I discovered once in office in December 2010, accomplishments and progress made while in office and issues facing GDPUD in the future.THE ISSUES I DISCOVERED AFTER TAKING OFFICE IN 2010: - Lack of Board and Accounting Policies (Noted in the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 audits available at gd-pud.org/finances.html) - Extremely high salary increases for management - Multiple years of budget deficits - Grossly underfunded reserves - No forecasting - No strategic plan
THE PROGRESS WE'VE MADE IN THE LAST 21 MONTHS:
THE ISSUES GDPUD IS CURRENTLY FACING: "We've stopped the overspending. With your vote I will be your voice to ensure strategic planning to invest in our infrastructure!" Website: http://www.flushthewaste.com Contact: otermat@mac.com (530) 409-6500 |
