We All To Be Involved in the Education Process

Administrators, Teachers and Parents all Need to be Involved in the Educational Process
This is the first year the BUSD teachers have organized themselves into a union. This is long overdue. Both the BUSD administration and the teachers need to be able to discuss issues and negotiate policies on an equal basis.

My first job as a teacher was in a school district which forcibly prohibited both a teacher's State recognized professional organization, and a teacher's union. All organizers were fired. We need fair representation from all sides of the educational forum- administration, teachers and parents.
