WORK EXPERIENCE
Expert and trainer on issues of adoption for older children and youth who are waiting in the foster care system.
- Direct all outreach efforts to recruit prospective adoptive families, including community-based outreach, participation in community events and presentations to community groups
- Direct all aspects of the adoption exchange program for the State of California including web site, photo listing of waiting children, service expansion and delivery to all counties in the state
