I've lived in the Tri-Valley area for 48 years, and in Pleasanton specifically for over 16 years. My wife, Chris, and I have three children, two who graduated from Foothill High School, in 2006 and 2009 respectively, and one still at Pleasanton Middle School. Our family has been a direct beneficiary of this great School District, and we look for opportunities to repay that every day.

While I'm new to school administration, I'm not new to service to the community, and especially children. I've coached your boys and girls in soccer and baseball for the past 20 years, I was integral to Foothill's Band program, I spend much of my summers volunteering at Two Sentinels Girl Scout Camp, and I'm always there when needed by my child's school.

Professionally, I've always worked in high technology after graduating with an information technology degree from Cal State Hayward in 1984. I've led the development of critical IT strategies, championed business analytics initiatives, and managed diverse teams up to 60 people.
