Highly qualified with 25 years of eneral Business Administration and Financial Management in both, private and public sectors, Ms. Blair will bring accountability to California's unstable economy. Her education includes a Master Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from CSU, Dominquez Hills in 1998 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Science Administration from CSU, Northridge in 1985. Also, she is a high school graduate of Canoga Park High School in 1981.

As a Professional and Self-starter, Ms. Blair has a proven track record of being a committed, results-oriented, driven leader in the medical field, construction industry, legal field, and in the County of Los Angeles. She also has demonstrated the ability to work in rapidly changing infrastructures and priorities, to propel Cigna Medical Center, Hawthorne Community Medical Group, Melanie Lomax & Associates, Ivie, McNeill, & Wyatt, Swinerton Builders, and the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health to excel beyond its industry standards.

Ms. Blair performs with exceptional organizational, multitasking and time management skills, to revise negative trends in systems, control costs, increase productivity, and maximize profits and ensure accountability. Her attributes of possessing a high energy level and being an effectual leader allows her to develop, coach, and guide multiple teams to successfully accomplish a company's mission, goals and objectives.

Ms. Blair's experience incorporates administrative, financial, personnel and payroll functions within million dollar corporations and companies in various industries. She is a hard worker and woman of integrity. She serves in the music ministry at New Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Los Angeles under the leadership of Dr. Reverend Pastor Sonja R. Dawson, Esq.; Founder is Dr. Reverend Pastor Lonnie Dawson. She excels through the strength and knowledge of the Lord God with a passion to teach others about Christ and to oversee successful business systems.

Lastly, Ms. Blair will work closely in collaborating with California's Governor. She believes in the checks and balance systems to disburse all state funds, administer audit processes, assure accountability, and inform the people about California's true financial condition.
