Award-winning prosecutor Stuart Scott is endorsed by 60 Superior Court Judges (current/ret); sole endorsement from retiring Judge Gilbert Brown to replace him for seat #4. Judge Sharon Chatman: "Stuart Scott will make an excellent judge. He's experienced, qualified and respected for his dedication to public safety, justice & fairness."

Police credit Scott with reducing local gang crime. For 21-years, he's protected Santa Clara County from the most violent criminals; convicting over 1,000 gang members, murderers, child molesters, rapists and other criminals; trying more than 100 jury trials. Supports treatment for non-violent mentally ill and drug offenders.

Scott received the prestigious "Helping Hand Award" for helping mainly Spanish-speaking sexual assault victims. He prosecuted one of the earliest hate crimes in County history and is endorsed by La Raza Lawyers, National Asian Pacific Islander Prosecutors.
